Connecting Kids to Coverage WV is a statewide outreach and enrollment initiative led by the West Virginia Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and community partners to provide outreach assistance and information to caregivers seeking health coverage for their children.
Medicaid and the WV Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) provide no-cost or low-cost health coverage for eligible children in West Virginia so that they can get routine check-ups, immunizations, and dental care to keep them healthy. A good way to keep them healthy is to have medical insurance.
Connecting Kids to Coverage WV works with individuals and organizations around the state to educate and connect kids and families to quality health insurance. If your family no longer qualifies for Medicaid or WV CHIP, there are other insurance options available. Contact WV Navigator at (844) 982-2737 to determine what plan is best for your family.
